Delivery Policy & Lead Time

Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days after customers placed order.

Orders that are placed on Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) can be shipped on the same day provided if the customer complies to ordering goods before Euu’s Official cut-off time for parcels shipping – 3.00pm. Orders placed after 3.00pm on Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be shipped on the next working day. For orders that are placed on Friday after 3.00pm, Euu’s Official will ship out on the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

Refund / Exchange policy

Eligibility Criteria

You are eligible for a refund/exchange if you face at least one of these two issues:

(1) Faulty Packaging

If the bottle of the product(s) you received is defective or damaged, you are eligible for an exchange of the same product. You must inform us within 24 hours after your order tracking status shows “delivered” to be eligible for an exchange.

(2) Incorrect items

If the variation of the product(s) is incorrect, you are eligible for an exchange of the product. You must inform us within 24 hours after your order tracking status shows “delivered” to be eligible for an exchange. If the item(s) is out of stock, you are eligible for refund in the form of a promo code. 

 

Returns & Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact us at euusskin.official@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at (+60)1137626208  to request a return or an exchange. Your message should contain the Order Reference Number or any proof of purchase, as well as a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods, ideally with photos and/or videos of the evidence attached. We will not entertain return or exchange requests if the order has not been delivered. 
  2. Please do not attempt to make a return without notifying us beforehand, as we will not entertain any returns processed in this manner.
  3. Please allow up to 7-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), for our team to process your return.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or a WhatsApp text message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. 
  5. Euu’s Official reserves the right to reject the returns of goods that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
  6. If the deadline has passed when you made your request, we will not offer you a refund or exchange.

The customer is to bear all costs of delivery for the return of items until it has been successfully delivered back to us.
